1. Use of the site

You may use the site to learn about our services and to request a free review audit. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its security, scraping content, or submitting false or misleading information.

2. Free review audit

The free review audit is offered at our discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee that we will provide an audit or accept you as a client. We may decline a request for any reason, including businesses we do not serve or that are not a good fit.

Any information, recommendations, or observations shared in the audit are general guidance based on what is visible at the time. They are not a guarantee of any specific result.

3. Services

Review Engine and any paid services we offer are governed by a separate agreement signed between you and us. If there is a conflict between these Terms and that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for the services it describes.

Marketing and review growth results depend on many factors outside our control, including your business reputation, market, and Google's algorithms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, review counts, or revenue outcomes.

4. No fake reviews

We do not write, post, or arrange fake reviews, and we will not help you do so. Reviews we help you collect must come from real customers sharing genuine experiences. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about your business and for complying with Google's policies.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials you share with us, and to use the site and services lawfully. If you grant us access to your Google Business Profile or other accounts, you are responsible for having the authority to do so.

6. Intellectual property

The site content, branding, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for your personal, non-commercial evaluation of our services. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission.

7. Third-party services

The site may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Google and Meta. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EMDRA MARKETING - FZCO and its affiliates, owners, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
